I offer one-on-one personal training and partner training so you can workout with a friend or neighbour to help keep you on track with your goals.

Each session lasts one-hour and are by appointment only. We have extensive studio hours that can accommodate your busy schedule.

One-on-One Training

For one hour I work exclusively with you on the areas that you and I have decided are important to you - whether it's cardio and strength training or just strength training.

Partner Training

For one hour, I work with you and a buddy (can be a friend, neighbour, relative etc). While one works on their cardio, I work with the other on their strength training, and then we switch!
